List B2B templates

https://api.getbyrd.com/v2/b2b_config_templates

Returns the latest version of each B2B template enabled for your
account, translated into lang, with the warehouses you can use it
in. Use its key, id and customerInputSchema to create a B2B
shipment; see the Listing B2B config templates guide.
