Adds documents to a shipment, for example a delivery note to print
and pack with it, or your own shipping label for a B2B shipment. A
shipping label can only be uploaded while the shipment waits for one
(sub-status label_required, pickup_details_uploaded or
label_uploaded), except for pickup shipments.
