Filtering different templates

Overview

It is possible to submit multiple templates and specify a filter on which template should be used.

This is useful to e.g. create different versions of your delivery paper depending on the destination country.

If you want to use this feature, please create a separate template for every use case and include it in the final zip file you are sending to your account manager. Also include a detailed description about when which template should be chosen.

Before you get started

It is possible to apply the filter to all fields in the shipment in the byrd system. Be aware that not all information which is available in your shop might be available in the byrd system!

A common use case is to filter by destination country, but it would also be possible to filter by shop id or even recipient name.
